『Hexico Enterprise Co., LTD』, an affiliated company of San Shing Fastech Corp., was established in 1995. Hexico was the first professional manufacturer in Taiwan to produce the high tension washers
with “scrapless forming technology” (ECO Washer). The current market territory: North America is 50%, Japan 20%, Taiwan 15% and others 15%.
In order to fulfill the customers’ demand, we also provide the stamped washers/parts, which are not able to be made by cold forging. We produce various kinds of stamping parts which are customized with special specification, dimension
and material. Our stable quality wins customers’ trust.
The materials we use are most the first grade steel from China Steel Corp. Our team is not only professional RD people, strict QC system (ISO 9001 certified) but also excellent Sales. We will continuously provide “Reasonable price”,

The “scrapless forming technology” is a patent of Hexico by cold-forging machines. There won’t be burrs and scraps during production, the surface of washers is very smooth and even, the thickness is also identical. In addition, the ECO-Washer quality is much more excellent than others by stamping. Our washers are widely used in many applications for years, such as steel construction in bridges, buildings, factories and so on.
